Clinical and Coaching Services
Therapy services are available for adolescents (11+) and adults seeking support and skills around normal life transitions, as well as for clinical issues such as anxiety, depression, child sexual abuse, ADHD and executive functioning deficits. I provide individual, group, and family therapy, as well as educational testing for children 17 and under.
Coaching is a non-clinical approach to achieving specific goals, often around increasing capacity and skill within more prescribed areas of functioning. I am a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, and often incorporate that framework into my coaching approach. I also provide divorce coaching for individuals who are engaged in the Collaborative Divorce process.
Workshops and Retreats
Workshops and retreats are immersive opportunities to deepen learning and engage new practices that enhance the quality of your life, work, and relationships. Topics may be crafted to meet the needs of a particular team or organization, or may be growth-oriented for unrelated groups of individuals.
As a Certified Dare to Lead™ and Daring Way™ Facilitator, I enjoy conducting workshops and retreats for individuals and organizations specifically interested in living and leading in courageous and values-aligned ways.
